Why we started Motics
In the IT world, too much of what doesn’t really work has become the norm. Billing by the hour, which makes money the focus instead of good work. Jargon, so you never really understand what you’re paying for. And waiting until something breaks, instead of preventing it. That’s how IT gets needlessly complicated, and you pay per problem without ever getting a clear picture.
We don’t believe in that. IT should be honest, understandable and calm again: something that moves you forward instead of holding you back. Since 2019 we’ve been building exactly that, together with our clients. From chaos to calm, and from calm to progress.
